Dr. Mouhab Samman is a dual-degree Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with nearly a decade of prior experience in general dentistry. He earned his DDS from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry and MD from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Medicine, followed by advanced dual-degree Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training through UMKC and Saint Luke’s Hospital.
Dr. Samman’s clinical interests include dental implants, bone grafting and implant site development, wisdom teeth removal, dentoalveolar surgery, oral pathology, and facial infections. His background in restorative dentistry allows him to approach surgical treatment with the final restorative result in mind and work closely with referring dentists. Patients are returned to their restorative dentist following the surgical phase, maintaining continuity of care and the referring dentist-patient relationship.
He provides individualized anesthesia options, including IV sedation when appropriate, with a strong emphasis on patient comfort and safety. Dr. Samman is also affiliated with Boston Medical Center (BMC) and participates in hospital-based Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery on-call coverage.
Known for his clear communication and meticulous approach, Dr. Samman is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based surgical care.
Outside of practice, he enjoys spending time with his four children, hiking, cooking, photography, and traveling.
