WISDOM TEETH
It's Time to Put Your Wisdom Teeth Behind You.
Wisdom teeth removal is quick and can help prevent bigger problems down the road.
Don't Wait for the Pain to Get Worse.
Wisdom teeth don’t always cause problems right away. But when they become impacted, grow at an angle, or don’t have enough room to come in properly, they can lead to pain and other oral health concerns.
Signs Your Wisdom Teeth May Need Attention
Jaw Pain
Pain or pressure around the back of your jaw may be a sign that your wisdom teeth are causing problems.
Swelling
Swelling around the gums or jaw can occur when wisdom teeth are coming in or becoming problematic.
Crowding
Wisdom teeth can contribute to crowding when there isn't enough room for them to develop properly.
Angled Wisdom Teeth
Wisdom teeth that grow at an unusual angle can put pressure on surrounding teeth.
Sedation Options
A Straightforward Procedure, Done Right.
When wisdom teeth need to be removed, our experienced oral surgeons provide specialized care designed around your individual needs.
Comfortable Care With Sedation Options
We offer sedation options to help make your wisdom teeth removal experience as comfortable as possible. During your consultation, your surgeon can discuss the available options and determine what is appropriate for your procedure.
Why Sooner Can Be Easier
Addressing problematic wisdom teeth before they lead to more significant symptoms can make treatment more straightforward. If you’re experiencing pain, swelling, or other concerns, a consultation can help you understand your options.

I recently had an extremely painful molar that needed immediate extraction. Two other oral surgery practices had no compassion or willingness to help me in a timely manner but MassOMS got me right in. Thank you, MassOMS!

On a Thursday I started having some excruciating wisdom tooth pain, so I reached out to MassOMS. They got me in for a consult on Friday, and then scheduled to have them extracted the following Tuesday morning (it was a holiday weekend). Everything went to plan, the turnaround time was extremely fast, and they got me from serious pain to comfort in just a few short days. Several other places scheduled me 1-2 months out, so they came in very clutch for me. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Dr. Schonfield and everybody at MassOMS!

It feels so much better already like nothing even happened!! The whole staff is so friendly & kind. Truly the best place!! I cannot thank you all enough, Especially the Surgeon for being able to perform it so quickly!! I was out within an hour!!! I recommend anyone needing wisdom teeth removal or other services should 100% go here!!!

Dr Bean and team were wonderful! After dealing with some awful military medical and wild civilian dental experiences, I normally hate the dentist/oral surgeon and leave the office in tears. This was one of the few times in my life I can say that wasn’t the case! All of my worries about my upcoming procedure are gone. Everyone was great from start to finish, including reception desk

I recently had a tooth extracted by Dr. Moavenian, and once again, I had a great experience. He actually removed my wisdom teeth years ago (around 2009-2010), so I already knew I was in good hands.
What I appreciate most is how he and the entire team take the time to explain everything step by step. They never make you feel rushed, and they make sure you understand exactly what’s going to happen before they begin.
The office is also incredibly organized. From scheduling to insurance and billing, everything was explained clearly and made simple. The whole process was smooth and stress-free.
If you’re looking for an oral surgeon in the Nashua area, I highly recommend Dr. Moavenian and the team at New Hampshire Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. It’s not often you find a practice that’s this professional, caring, and consistent, even after all these year

The oral surgeon Dr Summan I saw was great. He seemed genuinely empathetic of my tooth pain and abscess. He took the time to weigh the risks/benefits with me being pregnant in the third trimester and consulted with my OB physician to address any restrictions and care needs without rushing through the appointment and procedure. The assistants and staff were also very friendly and knowledgeable. Glad I was referred to this location, thanks for helping me to feel better!

The initial evaluation was very thorough. The remediation plan was presented professionally by Maggie. My request to execute the plan in stages was understood and accepted. On the day of the procedure Mary explained exactly what would occur.
Dr. Moavenian was very efficient and made sure I was comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful and the work they did to coordinate my appointment and payment plan was appreciated.

Everyone is very kind and knowledgeable, I went for TMJ issues and the doctor instantly knew it was due to my jaw posture and gave me recommendations for PT
