How to Submit a Referral Online
Access the Referral Portal
Select your desired NHOMS / MassOMS office location from the sidebar to be directed to the specific secure portal for that practice.
One-Time Office Setup (First Use Only)
If this is your office's first time using our system, you will need to complete a brief setup process to ensure secure communication:
- Enter your practice and office information
- Add referring providers associated with your office
- Choose your preferred tooth notation system (Universal, FDI, or Palmer)
- Create a secure password and accept our HIPAA-compliant terms of service
Submit a New Referral
Log in to securely input patient details, select the required services, and attach relevant digital imaging, x-rays, and clinical documents directly to the patient's secure file.
Track Referral Status
Use the portal anytime to communicate directly with our surgical team and monitor your patient's status from their initial consult through to the completion of treatment.
